你好,想請問摘星樓是可在一樓點完冰淇淋後帶進去入內用餐嗎?有低消嗎?餐點提供那些?另外,可享用冰淇淋的座位區是否只有在第四分店那裏??

宮原眼科冰淇淋為外帶方式,沒有內用區,
歡迎您至第四信用合作社,
備有座位區,可享用冰淇淋和豐仁冰.
而摘星樓已更名為醉月樓,
主要提供台灣菜,
也提供了不同風貌的冰淇淋,
基本消費為380元,
服務人員將與您聯繫餐點事宜,

我今天手拿飲料進去,我知道禁帶外食,所以我問店員可以幫我保管寄放嗎?店員說抱歉我們沒有寄放的服務,所以我想說改成外帶,店員又說排隊外帶手上也不能拿飲料!!(我又沒喝)那想請問我如果要外帶餐點是要把自己的飲料丟掉還是放在外面地板上?

Subject:消失的外帶
一餐飯前前後後等餐,12點入座3點多才吃完,也真是一道「饗宴」了,第一次點餐時便告知每道已點的菜都2份,只是不知道為何兩道一模一樣的菜會間隔許久才陸續送上,後來因爲上菜太慢,等第二輪上菜時大家也已吃飽,便請人員幫我們打包,最後我們並沒有拿到打包的好幾道菜,該說是來不及嗎?離開時人員送我們離開,也沒告知有外帶未拿,在樓下購物了好一陣子,發現雨傘忘了,回去拿傘時服務人員還是沒有將外帶給我們呢。
外帶的菜當下我們的確是忘了,但來來回回幾趟也沒見人員提醒,或是你們就將菜倒了呢?
整個流程與造成的不便讓人顏面盡失,畢竟原該是快樂的慶生場合,卻發生許多瑣碎的失誤,其中幾位服務人員感覺非常生澀,外國朋友說:「They need more practice」,與以前相比,也許是吧,只怕已是一貫的服務流程。

To whom it may concern,
I want to express my appreciation to one of your staff for her cheerful and friendly attitude. It was uncomfortably crowdy there in the shop on August 1 afternoon around 4:30pm, but she made my shopping trip became a good experience. She also helped me carry the goodies I bought out of the shop. I took a picture with her, but forgot to ask her name. She said she was a "new student" there.
If possible, please help me to find this young lady and tell her that she did a wonderful job. Thank you!
